SiteVision Hardware Warranty

Product Hardware

This warranty covers the “Trimble Catalyst DA1” digital antenna. This covers the Trimble Catalyst DA1 unit as purchased by the customer for a 12 month period from the date of purchase. This warranty covers standard expected use of the Trimble Catalyst DA1 antenna in challenging environments, but damage resulting from careless or abusive use will not be covered. Damage from such uncovered use includes, but is not limited to, drops, falls, cracks, breaks, disassembly, and submersion in water. This does not include the MicroUSB connector cable (PN 110961-12), which is covered for a 90 day warranty period from date of purchase. This also does not include the Anker Portable Charger power bank (PN 103635-00), which is covered separately by a 90 day warranty as provided by Anker in-box.

Upon failure of the Trimble Catalyst DA1 unit within the 12 months following the date of purchase, Trimble will provide a replacement of the Trimble Catalyst DA1 and accompanying accessories if two conditions are met. Condition 1 is a failure of the unit (see below for steps to be taken to determine failure). Condition 2 is a return of all parts received from the original Trimble Catalyst DA1 packout. These parts include:

  • Trimble Catalyst DA1 antenna and all parts attached (PN 104436-00)
  • MicroUSB connector cable (PN 110961-12)
  • Battery mount (PN 112088)
  • Pouch (PN 109218)
  • Power Pack Li-Ion, USB, Mini External 3350 mAh/12.06Wh, 1ft micro USB cable (PN 103635-00)

If the Trimble Catalyst DA1 is connected to a charged device and not registering as active, please review that the MicroUSB cable is connected to both the device and the antenna securely.
